About Deli Geli

Deli Geli is a soft little universe where hands, colors, people, and playful objects come together.

In Persian, “Geli” refers to something made of clay, while “Deli” describes something that comes from the heart. Together, Deli Geli became a name for creating objects that are both earthy and emotional.

Originally rooted in Iran and now growing in Canada, Montreal, Deli Geli has always followed the same quiet intention: creating a softer and more imaginative space inside a world that often feels rushed, loud, and emotionally distant.

𖥧

Deli Geli was founded by Yasaman Jalal, an architect, ceramic artist, and storyteller who has always been fascinated by imaginary worlds, tiny details, and the magic of creating.

Deli Geli is also a space for workshops, gatherings, and shared moments around clay. Through simple and playful pottery sessions, we invite people of all ages to slow down, create with their hands, explore their imagination, and enjoy the quiet magic of making something from nothing.

Whether it is a public workshop, a private event, a birthday, or just a small creative gathering, Deli Geli loves bringing people together through clay, stories, laughter, and a little beautiful mess.

These workshops are not only about learning ceramics. They are about trusting the intelligence of the hands, following personal rhythm, and allowing creativity to exist freely without fear of perfection.
